Yin Yoga involves holding poses for extended periods to target the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, promoting flexibility and circulation.

This type of practice slows you down to tune into oyur bodies. By being kind and gentle with ourselves, allow yout body to release physical and mental tension, focusing on the natural flow of the breath. This helps switch the body from the sympathetic (fight or flight) to the parasympathetic (rest and digest) mode, which can relieve symptoms of stress and overwhelm.

Yin Yoga involves moving mindfully and holding poses for several minutes, ensuring that you experience the full benefits of each session. This practice is often complemented by meditation and mindfulness techniques, making it an excellent balance to active schedules or a form of well-deserved self-care. Book Class Here
