Taking care of your body, uplifting your mind, and lovingly connecting with your true self.
Once you start to listen to the sensations in your body, it allows for healing to take place and vitality to rebuild.
The effect yoga has on your body, mind, and spirit is becoming mainstream. From sincere, skillful, and consistent practice, you can break through self-limiting and self-immobilising thoughts and behaviours to find freedom, peace, and strength to lift yourself up and be the best version of yourself.
The postures help release pent-up tension, you learn to refine your sensory awareness and become sensitive, adaptive, and resilient. The relaxed rhythm helps you to reflect rather than react, to soften rather than harden. From this place you see more clearly rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about what’s next which we can feel causes more stress and pressure on our bodies.
With the right guidance from a good yoga teacher yoga softly brings your awareness back to find ease.

The physical side of Yoga is where most people begin.
The past few crazy years have seen an increase of more students worldwide craving to learn how to better manage their stress and anxieties, as well as the global panic we are all experiencing. Yoga is an ancient science that for years has been proven by its dedicated students to have a better handle on staying calm and grounded.
With the increase of new teachers, you want to make sure what you are being taught isn’t watered-down from a lack of understanding and experience in this practice. Yoga is not simple or quick but worth the practice and persistence. To have an opportunity to learn from embodied knowledge is rare. With over 20 years of dedication, senior teachers Tanya Zappala and Nicole Sanders are experienced and embodied in being able to hold a safe space for you to deepen your Yoga practice.
Tanya and Nicole are Yin and Yang in their approach to yoga, which is why they have teamed up to give students a well-balanced and full spectrum of how Yoga can transform their lives for the better.
Together they have created a series of workshops ‘Transform Your Life with Yoga’. These 8 sessions are each uniquely themed and can be individually attended. This series is also created with a progression through the chakra system to give students a transformational journey into getting to know themselves. This is not a teacher training but instead a journey that takes into account the very messy and often complex phenomenon of what we call a human being and the equally challenging task of everyday life/living. Tanya and Nicole will share with you the successful tools they use to adapt the postures, start or deepen a meditation practice, and find long-lasting peace and tranquility from better breathing practices and philosophy.
