Join us for 28 days of positive habits to uplift your body and mind.

Commit to doing at least one thing each day to build your good vibrations. Set your daily goals to thrive:

  • Practice yoga
  • Go for a walk
  • Do 20 squats
  • Write in your gratitude journal
  • Make a healthy eating choice

Track your progress on the challenge board and earn a star for every achievement. Prizes await the most consistent participants!

How to Be Involved

The challenge runs from 1st February to 28th February. Get ready to embrace a month of positive habits that boost your body and mind.

Keep a Good Vibes Record

  • Record your daily good vibes in your own journal or Mark it on the social board at studio.
  • Note all the activities, like yoga, walking, or squats etc
  • Read something educational or philosophy (no fiction!!) take this time to be inspired, learn, and grow more neurons!
  • Track your healthy eating choices and how they made you feel.

Book Your Yoga Classes

  • Schedule as many yoga sessions as fit into your life.
  • Make it a priority to unwind, stretch, and connect with yourself.

Create Your Personal Good Vibes Routine

  • Mix and match activities that resonate with you.
  • Take small steps daily to build momentum and positivity.

Stay Motivated

  • Track your progress on the challenge board and aim for consistency.
  • Use our community board if it helps you stay accountable.
  • Celebrate each star you earn—it’s all about progress, not perfection!

Share the Journey

  • Inspire others by sharing your favourite moments and victories along the way.
  • Join us at the Good Vibrations Wrap-Up Morning Tea on 1st March to celebrate together!
