🌟 Welcome to the New Year Women’s Circle – A New Focused You 🌟
As the calendar turns and we step into a fresh chapter, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and set our focus for the year ahead. This New Year Women’s Circle is designed to help you embrace this powerful moment of transition. Together, we’ll create space to explore what truly matters, release what no longer aligns, and plant the seeds for a more intentional and focused you.
In this gathering, expect a nurturing blend of mindfulness, guided reflection, and heart-centred connection with like-minded women. Whether you’re craving clarity, a sense of renewal, or simply the joy of being in a supportive circle, this space is for you.
I’m also excited to share that this New Year Circle is just the beginning of our 2025 journey together. Throughout the year, we’ll gather for three more themed circles:
Next session: January 11th, 2025
Time: 6:30 – 8 pm
Why Join a Women’s Circle?
Women’s Circles create a secure and supportive environment for connecting, sharing experiences, and supporting each other’s growth and healing. Through active listening, open sharing, and a commitment to a non-judgmental atmosphere, women can gain valuable insights, clarity, and a connection with their inner wisdom. Circles enable women to feel seen and heard, fostering the celebration of successes and mutual support through challenges.
What to Expect in a Women’s Circle?
All are welcome to share, experience, and enjoy each other’s company within the circle. The leadership is shared, and everyone agrees to maintain confidentiality, practice non-judgment, and embrace open acceptance. Prompted by thought-provoking questions, participants connect with their feelings and thoughts not immediately apparent. Oracle cards, arranged in sacred concentric circles, can be chosen to guide or clarify thoughts and feelings.
Insight from Lucia Broekhuizen, the Facilitator:
Through facilitating women’s circles, Lucia discovered her power. Despite facing challenges such as mental illness and living abroad for 20 years as a military wife, she found ways to stay authentic, especially as a mother of teenagers. Circles became a network where women could express themselves, be vulnerable, and celebrate one another. For Lucia, these circles provided a healing space and nurtured a broader sense of community. The value of circles lies in staying authentic and feeling heard within a supportive network of understanding women, where every voice is heard, and each experience is validated.
