Nurture Into The New Year

New Year’s Day is a salient opportunity for renewal, & to start as you mean to continue.  

During this workshop, Kylie invites you to explore these beautiful practices, in which to cultivate connection of body, mind & soul, relax, release the old year, & welcome the new with more clarity about the direction you wish to take.

Over two hours Kylie will gently guide you through:

~ A grounding welcoming to practice 

~ Balancing breath & nourishing yoga flow

~ Reflection & creative ritual to gracefully release elements of 2021

~ A restorative yoga sequence in which to relax & rejuvenate

~ A clarifying contemplation to determine your intention for the year ahead 

~ Mindful affirmation to vitalise your intention

~ An easy, energising breath practice & yoga flow

~ A grounding relaxation & closing in which to cultivate your calm movement forward into 2022
