 5 Week New To Yoga Course – A beginner yogi or wanting to get back on your mat?

Just in time for Spring this 5 week course will take you from total beginner to confident yogi, with correct (& safe!) alignment and increased flexibility, so that you’ll emerge strong and confident. We will explore the meaning of yoga, how to breathe properly, your energy systems, relaxation & meditation. Class size will be kept small so that you will benefit from individual attention in a warm and nurturing environment. Mats and all props are provided or feel free to bring your own.

Week 1 – Breathing and sun salutations

Week 2 – Standing poses

Week 3 – Balance and strength

Week 4 – Going deeper with twists and forward bends

Week 5 – Bringing it all together
