Learn Simple, Easy and Effective Mediation Techniques. This Thursday, 23rd November at 6:45pm, is the 1st of 4 Mediation classes run by teachers Marian Cavanagh and Jamie Tan. Each Thursday is a different topic covering different techniques. Come along to all or just one. No need to book in, just turn up before 6:40pm. You can use your exisiting class pass or pay a casual drop in fee of $20. Walk away with some fresh ideas and a greater understanding of how simple and easy Meditation can be.

Experience the use of sound, gentle postures and focused breath to help revitalise your system mentally, physically, emotionally and energetically, allowing you to release any exhaustion and overwhelm to refresh your spirit and energise your body.
Learn simple highly effective practices that you can draw on at home, at work and with the family, especially as we enter the final legs of the year and the festive season.
