3-Hour Crash Course in Meditation and Self-Enquiry!

Meditation is for everyone, and everyone innately can do it. It’s only a matter of knowing your mind and matching it to the right techniques.

In this 3-hour workshop, Tam will help you identify the obstacles to accessing your inherent Peaceful Being state. Tam will help you determine which techniques work best and the little tricks to reach a calmer, more spacious state of Being.  Tam’s workshop is especially supportive if you are living in cities trying to find a practice to balance the city life affects on our wellbeing.

In addition to her physiotherapy expertise, Tam is qualified by her 20years+ of experience teaching meditation. She has studied meditation practices through traditional Yoga and Buddhist paths, and her specialisation in chronic pain through Western psychological avenues with mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Tam has led silent meditation and yoga retreats for decades and is passionate about the spiritual practices that support students living in the world rather than teaching the traditions of meditations more suitable for monastic practitioners removed from the world.

Therefore this workshop suits anyone wanting to introduce the benefits or to deepen their meditation practice in a supportive environment.

For teachers of Yoga, learn how to support and share meditation from the experience of building your personal skill development. Meditation, taught from experience and self-observation, is how teachers best help their students. This workshop will be informative in preparation for further studies on teaching meditation.

When: Saturday 27th May. 1 – 4 pm

Cost:  $95
