Weekly Term-Time Kids Yoga Classes

Give your child the gift of confidence, focus, and relaxation with our weekly kids’ yoga program during the school term. Designed for children aged 5 and up, these 45-minute classes help kids develop self-awareness, improve coordination, and learn calming strategies in a fun and supportive environment.

What to Expect in Kids’ Yoga Classes

Our kids’ yoga sessions go beyond just movement—they help children build self-confidence, resilience, and physical strength while learning tools to manage stress and anxiety. By introducing breathing and relaxation techniques early, we equip children with lifelong skills to navigate challenges as they grow.

Each class includes:
🌸 Yoga postures & sequences to improve flexibility and strength
🌸 Breathing exercises for relaxation and focus
🌸 Mindfulness & meditation for emotional well-being
🌸 Fun games, partner work & group activities to keep kids engaged
🌸 Wall-assisted postures to explore more challenging moves
🌸 Essential oils & positive affirmations to enhance relaxation

We create a welcoming space where kids can laugh, learn, and feel empowered—all while having fun!

📍 Location: Clayfield Yoga Studio, 30 Wagner Road, Clayfield
📅 First Class: Thursday, 30 January (Week 1)
📅 Last Class: Thursday, 3 April (Week 10)
