FUNDAMENTALS OF YOGA ASANA (Yoga Postures)

A series of workshops that will take you from a Beginner to a Grinner.

This series is ideal for beginners but also valuable to students wanting to improve their existing practice.

Traditionally Yoga was taught individually from teacher to student, these days they are mostly run in group classes so these workshops are great to get a bit more individual attention suited to your needs.

To best support your journey please text Tanya on 0410 601 773 to arrange a time to chat. We can do this either in person or at the studio

This course can either be completed in full to get the best Foundation with Yoga Postures or pick and choose the sessions according to interest or availability.
