Join Our Alignment Yoga Series or Drop In for Your Favorite Poses!

This yoga journey is focused on alignment, building strength, improving posture, and enhancing balance. The insight gained from becoming aware of your own body through each pose will transcend on and off the mat, so you not only feel more connected with your inner sense of resilience, strength & balance during your practice but also be encouraged to take these awarenesses into your everyday.

This series is perfect for beginners and current yogis looking to deepen their practice and refine their alignment.

Each week will focus on a specific set of Yoga Postures.  You will explore alignment principles and knowing the benefits of each pose heightens your overall yoga experience. 

Attend the full course or drop in welcome, click on the class below:

  • Week 1: Warrior Series – Tues 5th Nov, or Wed 6th Nov–Tap into your inner strength and stability as you explore Warrior poses. These powerful postures help you cultivate resilience and focus, both on the mat and in daily life, while refining alignment for balance and grounding.
  • Week 2: Twists – Tues 12th Nov, or  Wed 13th Nov – Unlock the benefits of spinal twists, improving mobility and supporting a healthy spine.
  • Week 3: BackbendsTues 19th Nov, or Wed 20th Nov – Safely open the heart and shoulders while strengthening the back, using proper alignment to prevent injury.
  • Week 4: Standing BalancesTues 26th Nov, or Wed 27th Nov – Challenge your strength and stability with standing balance poses, using alignment to find both grounding and lift.

Your teacher Lucia Patience has created this series for beginners who want to build a strong foundation, as well as experienced practitioners who are curious about refining their alignment in familiar postures.

Lucia will run Two Sessions Per Week:

  1. Tuesdays @ 7:00-8:30 pm OR
  2. Wednesdays @ 10:45 am-12:15 pm
