Join Our 4-Week Alignment Yoga Series or Drop In for Your Favorite Poses!

Join us for a 4-week yoga journey focused on alignment, designed to build strength, improve posture, and enhance balance. The insight gained from becoming aware of your own body through each pose will transcend the mat, and you will feel more connected with your inner sense of resilience. strength & balance. This series is perfect for both beginners and current yogis looking to deepen their practice and refine their alignment.

Each week, we will focus on a specific set of poses to explore alignment principles and the benefits you can experience:

  • Week 1: Warrior Series – 4th or 5th Nov–Tap into your inner strength and stability as you explore Warrior poses. These powerful postures help you cultivate resilience and focus, both on the mat and in daily life, while refining alignment for balance and grounding.
  • Week 2: Twists – 11th or 12th Nov – Unlock the benefits of spinal twists, improving mobility and supporting a healthy spine.
  • Week 3: Backbends18th or 19th Nov – Safely open the heart and shoulders while strengthening the back, using proper alignment to prevent injury.
  • Week 4: Standing Balances25th or 26th Nov – Challenge your strength and stability with standing balance poses, using alignment to find both grounding and lift.

This series is great for beginners who want to build a strong foundation, as well as experienced practitioners who are curious about refining their alignment in familiar postures.
