COVID SAFE PRACTICES
Your physical and mental well-being is our priority. Below is how CYS and our students are working together:
- Please stay home if you are unwell.
- Bookings are essential for all classes. If you can’t book in call or text Tanya for assistance on 0410601773
Bring your own gear. We have some top-quality non-toxic yoga props for sale at the studio. If you don’t have your own props;
- Please bring two (2) pillowcases to wrap both ends of a studio bolster.
- Plastic-covered blocks are available, please spray and wipe after use.
- Yoga Mats can be cleaned and hung to dry
- You can bring make do props from home like cushions, blankets/large towels/sarong, soft belt/strap, etc.
To keep the space as clean as possible for you and others:
- Please leave your shoes at the ground level (shoe racks supplied)
- Entry into the studio is via the staircase to your RIGHT, this takes you to our reception/kitchen area.
- Please sanitize or wash hands in the kitchen area before entering the studio.
- Take all valuables with you inside the studio. Pigeon holes provided.
- Cleaning products supplied to wipe any borrowed props, even your own.
- Please spray the floor area around your yoga mat.
- Exiting the studio is from the second staircase in front of the studio.Yoga Class sizes are capped at the studio to 17 for safe distancing. Bookings are essential. Register either online or at our studio. Once registered the Phone App will make the booking online quicker and easier.
