This Sound Bathed Restorative Yoga Session is inspired by the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—and their connection to the changing seasons.

Weaving Ayurvedic principles with asanas and pranayama techniques to bring balance to each of these elements. Aligning with nature rhythms helps harmonise the body and mind which nurtures a deep sense of well-being.

A Journey Through the Elements:

Earth (Prithvi) Helps you feel stable and grounded. Cultivating stability and connection to your physical body

Water (Jala) taps you into a more flowing, adaptable, and cool state of being helping you to embrace change and foster emotional fluidity

Fire (Agni) will help you transform and give you more energy to ignite inner transformation and digest life experiences.

Air (Vayu) keeps you mobile, light, and clear. Cultivating mental clarity and welcoming new beginnings

Ether (Akasha) is expansive, subtle, and quiet helping you connect to inner spaciousness and stillness

By honouring the elements and their rhythms, this practice guides you toward a state of balance and harmony, both within and with the natural world

Restorative Yoga:
