Join Us and Find Your Flow

Life’s Rhythms is more than just a theme—it’s an invitation to discover how to navigate the ups and downs of life with greater ease and grace. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply curious about how to make life flow more smoothly, this Women’s Circle offers a supportive space to explore, reflect, and connect with others on a similar journey.

Our lives are deeply intertwined with natural rhythms, from the daily cycles of energy and rest to the changing seasons that influence our moods and activities. Each day, our bodies naturally guide us through waking, eating, and resting while the world around us transitions through the cycles of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. As we journey through life, we experience different stages—childhood’s wonder, adolescence’s growth, adulthood’s responsibilities, and elderhood’s reflection—each with its unique rhythm. We’re also influenced by the Earth’s cycles, like the shift from day to night and the phases of the moon, which affect our well-being.

Tuning into these rhythms—within ourselves and in the world around us —can help us find more balance, connection, and harmony. This awareness helps us navigate the busy rhythms of daily life more smoothly, aligning us with the natural flow that nurtures our well-being.

Why Join a Women’s Circle?

Women’s Circles create a secure and supportive environment for connecting, sharing experiences, and supporting each other’s growth and healing. Through active listening, open sharing, and a commitment to a non-judgmental atmosphere, women can gain valuable insights, clarity, and a connection with their inner wisdom. Circles enable women to feel seen and heard, fostering the celebration of successes and mutual support through challenges.

What to Expect in a Women’s Circle?

All are welcome to share, experience, and enjoy each other’s company within the circle. The leadership is shared, and everyone agrees to maintain confidentiality, practice non-judgment, and embrace open acceptance. Prompted by thought-provoking questions, participants connect with their feelings and thoughts not immediately apparent. Oracle cards, arranged in sacred concentric circles, can be chosen to guide or clarify thoughts and feelings.

Insight from Lucia Broekhuizen, the Facilitator:

Through facilitating women’s circles, Lucia discovered her power. Despite facing challenges such as mental illness and living abroad for 20 years as a military wife, she found ways to stay authentic, especially as a mother of teenagers. Circles became a network where women could express themselves, be vulnerable, and celebrate one another. For Lucia, these circles provided a healing space and nurtured a broader sense of community. The value of circles lies in staying authentic and feeling heard within a supportive network of understanding women, where every voice is heard, and each experience is validated.
