Join us for a fun and social gathering at our community-focused yoga workshop!

This event is all about nurturing a sense of belonging and unity within our community. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this workshop is open to all levels.

During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, build new friendships, and deepen your yoga practice. Your host Tanya will guide you through a series of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques that promote connection, relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being.

What to expect:

Circle Yoga Classes were one of the creative practices my AcroYoga teachers introduced to me. In a circle, there is no one in front or behind, but rather beside, making our yoga practice more inclusive. Circle Yoga will be our format, along with some other creative ways to connect with our circle of friends.
