Spring Boost Mini-Retreat

Shed the weariness of winter from your Body, Mind, and Soul with Yoga, Meditation, and delicious simple foods to:

* Kickstart your digestion and metabolism,

* Energise your body

* Reawaken your senses

* Leave feeling restored and ready for spring

If your goal is to slow down and unplug for a while then this retreat is perfect to recharge, restore and boost your overall wellbeing.  To nurture your body and nourish your mind sometimes it needs a little kickstart first.  Not only will you be taken on a journey to move your body, but food will be a part of your time and experience at this mini-day retreat.

Korrine has some simple and tasty recipes and Tanya has some simple and enjoyable energization exercises to assist in boosting your energy and metabolism.

Once your body is energized, your mind naturally feels fresh and alert. From this state, meditation becomes a more joyful and sustainable practice.  Tanya will be sharing one of her favourite and fun meditations that will be perfect for our afternoon session.

Korrine will finish the day with some Restorative and Yin Yoga still aiding in good circulation for better digestion, and deep relaxation. Everything is included for only $150.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING
As this is a special event we ask you to act on the following requests so that we can make sure you are prepared before attending.  
– Please contact the studio 24 hours prior to make sure you are up to date and prepared.  
– If you are purchasing your pass for a friend and unable to assign the pass to them, please contact the studio for assistance. 
– Please inform the studio of any medical conditions, injuries, or individual needs.  
– Please bring your own bolster OR, two pillowcases to cover a studio bolster, your own pillow, and blanket.
– Dress comfortably and according to weather.
