One of the greatest blessings in life is our ability to choose. Life requires us to make choices every day and some days we are better at navigating wise decisions than others. Now is the time to cultivate clarity. In this retreat you will learn techniques to empower you to make decisions in line with your core values.
Experience a combination of yoga and meditation techniques as well as proven lifestyle strategies to help increase your motivation, reduce stress and make positive life choices. Overcoming life’s challenges is not always easy!
Dr Simone Shaw (Clinical Psychologist) will provide you with practical strategies to assist in managing common areas of difficulty. Senior yoga instructors Alison Sykes and Tanya Zappala will guide participants through a range of breathing and meditation techniques as well as yoga poses to help promote awareness and mindfulness of body and mind. Each workshop will include individual and small group activities, as well as ample opportunity for questions and discussion.
