Your Spine is Your Lifeline.

These new weekly classes have a beautiful blend of practices to attend to your spine. Release tension in your neck, shoulders, upper to mid-back, and lower spine using the BackMitra and a Deflated Muscle Release Ball.

Mindful movement practices cultivate the right kind of strength, functional stability, and mobility to support optimal posture for optimal health. Suitable for beginners and all levels of experience as we progressively build on each class inviting each student to set their own pace, manage their experience with an experienced guide.

The BackMitra, a great prop to support the alignment of the natural curves of your spine and support muscular tension to soften, inducing the relaxation response.

Cost: Use your existing class pass or drop-in available @ $20 per class

    • Class sizes are capped at 17 to fit with social distancing, therefore bookings essential.
    • Please sanitize hands on arrival.
    • Please enter via the Right stairs and exit from inside the studio, so take all valuable with you into the studio and leave shoes on the ground level.
