About Tanya Zappala

Meet Tanya Zappala, a senior yoga teacher with over three decades of experience. Since 1990, Tanya has immersed herself in Yoga, undertaking her first teacher training in 2004. Her unwavering passion for Yoga continues to grow, and she understands the invaluable benefits of long-term commitment to the practice.

Tanya’s mission is simple: to share the gift of Yoga with everyone, regardless of age or physical abilities. Through her private sessions, Tanya helps her students fast-track their progress or maintain a solid journey in Yoga.

Having trained with exceptional teachers across various yoga styles, Tanya believes that Yoga is truly for Everybody. She knows that finding the right approach is crucial and is here to guide you in shaping a practice that resonates deeply with you.

Tailored yoga class to suit your individual needs. 

  • Initial Session – $110 for 90min BUY
  • Follow up session – $90 – 60 min BUY
  • 5 pack Follow up session – $85 per class BUY

**A $10 fee will apply for travel greater than 3 klm from the Clayfield Yoga Studio.

I have been doing yoga most Saturday mornings with Tanya for more than 10 years. Yoga is mindfulness for me, it realigns my mind and body balance. I am 57 years old and have had a hip replacement as well as all the little issues that come with age and being at my desk too much of the day. My yoga session unravels the knots and niggles that build through the week. I sit straighter, walk taller, and feel relaxed and focused after a session.

I have the advantage of doing private classes with Tanya. First coming to my home and then with the onset of Covid beaming in on Zoom, Tanya is reliable and adaptable and a remarkably good instructor. Tanya creates the class that I need on the day and I hope we continue with our sessions for many years to come.
